Harley Cobb, MS, RD, LD
(she/her)

Sarah “Harley” Cobb - who goes by Harley, graduated from the University of Georgia with both her Bachelor's degree in Dietetics, and Master’s degree in Nutritional Sciences. Upon graduation, Harley made the move out to Austin to complete her Dietetic Internship, and decided to plant roots here in the Lone Star State!

Harley has an innate desire to help others by listening to their personal experiences and meeting individuals where they are in their journey with food, body, and movement. She believes everyone deserves a safe space to ask questions and be curious about the overwhelming nutrition information in social media culture today. Presenting with compassion and empathy, Harley utilizes an individualized approach to help people of all ages through evidenced-based principles and guidance. By partnering with each client, Harley will be an integral part of the support team, and a strong advocate for her clients.

Harley has personally struggled with an eating disorder in high school and desires to help others find peace with food and build body trust. Through her experience, Harley believes everyone deserves to have someone in their corner to support them through the inevitable highs and lows of recovery, while also encouraging them every step of the way.

Harley’s faith has played a large part in her recovery journey, and if personally desired by the client, she would happily implement faith based principles into her sessions.

In her free time, Harley loves to explore new restaurants, try new recipes, walk around Lady Bird Lake, and be in community with friends and family. At any point in the day, you can typically find her sending voice memos to friends, listening to a podcast, or scrolling Facebook Marketplace.

Harley is a registered and licensed dietitian in the state of Texas. She is engaging in both in person at our Central Austin and Dripping Springs offices and telehealth sessions.
