Initial Session
A 60 or 90 minute session to review your past and current medical and nutrition history, food/body/movement struggles, desired goals and the framework for future sessions. We will provide initial paperwork for you to complete prior to the initial session.
$200 - $250
Follow-up Session
A 25 or 55 minute session which can be determined in the initial session or changed as your work with the dietitian progresses. These sessions are individualized and are based on previous sessions goals.
$90 - $150
Grocery Store Outing
Grocery List preparation followed by a trip to purchase the items on your list. This is an exposure session which can help you heal your relationship within the grocery store or guide you in building grocery shopping skills. This session ranges from 60 minutes to 90 minutes. You will be responsible for the session cost and the cost of your groceries.
$170 - $240 + cost of groceries
Parent Education Session
Supporting your child can be challenging. While we know that you are wanting to provide the best support you possibly can to your child, some of our own nutrition beliefs or lack of nutrition knowledge can get in the way. These sessions can provide education to you on the best way to support your child in their nutrition journey. There is a 25 minute or 55 minute session option.
$90 - $150
Restaurant Outing
This exposure session is to work on mindfulness, pacing and food exposures in a restaurant setting. This experience can also be just for fun and to change up the pace of your sessions. This ranges from 60 minutes to 90 minutes. You will be responsible for the cost of the session and the cost of food for both you and the dietitian.
$170-$240 + cost of food
Meals and Snacks
This can be part of any of your sessions. You can work on mindfulness techniques or just challenge your fear foods that you have been scared to eat on your own.
No Added Cost.
All sessions can be held via TeleHealth if desired. TeleHealth will be held via a HIPAA compliant platform. We cannot guarantee coverage if you are using insurance.
