Sarah Radcliff, MS, RD, LD
(she/her)
Lead Dietitian, Outreach Coordinator
Sarah is a registered dietitian who is passionate about helping people cultivate a healthy and peaceful relationship with food, their bodies and movement.
Sarah graduated from Kent State University where she received her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in nutrition and dietetics. She was raised in the Cleveland, Ohio area and still resides there today! Sarah has experienced first-hand the negative impact of diet culture, as well as the joy and freedom that comes with healing one’s relationship with food and their body through intuitive eating principles and body respect. Sarah is a Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor and strongly believes in the evidence-based weight inclusive framework. Her approach is rooted in compassionate, client-centered care that promotes a healthy relationship with food, body, and movement. She is enthusiastic about getting to know her clients and each of their unique experiences, and is committed to meeting them exactly where they are in their recovery process with support, accountability, and compassion.
Sarah’s passion lies in supporting individuals as they navigate through their recovery from eating disorders, including ARFID, and disordered eating and exercise behaviors of all kinds. Sarah is especially passionate about holding space for other professionals working in the eating disorder community, and supporting them on their own journeys with food, body, and movement. Additionally, her extensive experience also includes managing conditions such as PCOS, insulin resistance, nonalcoholic fatty liver disease, and altered lipid panels. Sarah aims to provide holistic and empathetic care centered around each individual’s needs.
In addition to seeing clients, Sarah also serves as a Lead Dietitian at TLB Nutrition Therapy, providing supervision to other dietitians in the TLB group and in the professional community. Sarah is also the Outreach Coordinator for TLB Nutrition Therapy. In this role, Sarah strives to create relationships with other providers in the community and ensures that clients at TLB Nutrition Therapy are receiving quality care.
Outside of nutrition, Sarah has a love for music, good food, and sunshine! When Sarah is not working she is singing in a local country band around Cleveland with her Dad on lead guitar. And when she’s not performing, Sarah is exploring local coffee shops, throwing frisbee to her German Shepherd for the 900th time, sitting by a bonfire with friends or family talking and laughing, or cuddling up at home being a homebody with her partner and dog.
Sarah is a registered and licensed dietitian in the state of Texas, Ohio, and Nevada. She is engaging in telehealth only sessions.
